Things are changing at Foundation Park, Maidenhead. Building on its already successful reputation, the Park is now entering a brand new phase of redevelopment under new ownership.

Foundation Park is an established development of eight office buildings occupied by several large, high profile companies.

Since acquiring the park, new owner, Frogmore, has assembled a team of talented professionals who have masterplanned and secured consent for a complete makeover of the development on a phased basis. Architect Scott Brownrigg’s vision for the new Foundation Park is now taking shape.

Work has been ongoing throughout 2008 to change the park infrastructure including the construction of a new entry gatehouse, comprehensive alterations to the hard and soft landscaping, improvements to the estate road, new lighting and ne signage.

Buildings 7 and 8 have been stripped back to their frames and are being comprehensively refurbished to include the addition of a brand new onsite café facility to serve the entire park adjacent to Building 8.

The next phase of works is the construction of Building 4. Scheduled for completion in July 2009, the building will provide 44,918 sq ft of premium office space with 126 car parking spaces.
